Growing up, Abhiraj Verma’s life was simple: hit the shuttlecock hard, run fast, and win. After 12 years of playing professional badminton across India, he traded his racquet for a spreadsheet, spending time as a Credit Analyst at Johnson Controls to prove he could analyze data just as fast as he could smash a birdie. Today, as an OSA Virtual Assistant for the Gluch Group, Abhiraj channels that same elite athletic speed and financial precision to ensure no client query ever drops—because in real estate, just like on the court, letting the ball bounce is a rookie mistake.
Abhiraj’s greatest strength is his discipline and high attention to detail under tight deadlines. Having spent over a decade competing as a professional badminton player at the all-India level, he excels in fast-paced environments where timing and accuracy matter most. After stepping off the court, Abhiraj transitioned into corporate finance as a Credit Analyst at Johnson Controls, where he honed his data-analysis and organizational skills.
Today, as a Virtual Assistant for the Gluch Group, Abhiraj serves as a key operational engine for the team’s agents. He manages essential behind-the-scenes work—from seamlessly organizing property showings to meticulously putting together offer packages—ensuring every transaction runs efficiently. Outside of work, Abhiraj loves hitting the road on weekends, whether traveling solo or taking trips with his parents. On his free days, you’ll usually find him catching up with friends, or stepping back onto the badminton court to keep his game sharp.
