Not only that, but her knowledge of local and national laws, procedures, and contracts, allows her organizational side to be just as happy. Yana was also named Transaction Coordinator of the Year in 2021 and 2022 so she must be doing something right!

Yana started her real estate career when she herself was looking for a home for her family. Through her home buying experience, she became so fascinated with the real estate industry that she decided to get licensed shortly thereafter and never looked back.
With over 12 years of experience in the Scottsdale and Phoenix real estate markets, Yana brings a wealth of knowledge to the Gluch Group team. She has not only helped clients buy and sell their homes but has also assisted and mentored other realtors in managing their transactions. Furthermore, she has unique expertise in helping veterans buy and sell their homes. The diversity of Yana’s experience enables her to effectively navigate and negotiate the home buying process for all types of clients to ensure their goals are met and exceeded every time.
In her spare time, Yana enjoys staying active with her two children and two dogs. Her passions include yoga, Pilates, and dance.
