Josh Allan

Meet Josh, our all-star virtual assistant who is good at everything! Josh started his career as an agent for a Business Process Outsourcing company and was quickly promoted from this role to Quality Analyst and then Team Leader. He has worked in sales, customer service, technical support, and collections and has been a Team Leader/Manager in various industries including telecommunications, healthcare insurance, finance, and retail.

Recently, Josh decided to take a leap of faith and enter the freelance world as a virtual assistant. Since then, Josh has worked for real estate agents in Vancouver, Canada, Austin, TX, and Phoenix, AZ. Having worn many hats throughout his career, Josh brings a diverse range of skills to the team as well as an outstanding commitment to service and excellence.

Josh was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines. In his spare time, Josh loves to read. He is a self-confessed Potterhead–a Gryffindor by heart that was sorted to the Slytherin house. He has read all Harry Potter novels and watched the movies multiple times. He is also a huge fan of Agatha Christie, Neil Gaiman, and Mary Higgins Clark. Josh also enjoys visiting his grandmother to play with his nephews, Spade and Sean, and their dogs, Dwight and Kalag.
