Paul Koch (“cook”) believes clients deserve more than someone who simply opens doors or writes contracts, they deserve an advisor who will educate clearly, advocate fiercely, create clarity when things get complicated, and always keep their long-term interests in mind.

Before entering real estate, Paul spent more than 12 years in higher education as an Associate Dean at Grand Canyon University and 10 years before that in high school education. That experience shapes how he approaches real estate today: listen carefully, communicate honestly, solve problems thoughtfully, and help people make informed decisions with confidence.

Having called Chandler home since 2007, Paul has developed a deep appreciation for Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and communities throughout the East Valley. He understands that finding the right home is about more than the property itself… it’s about finding the right neighborhood, lifestyle, and long term fit.

Paul believes transparency builds trust. He will tell you what he sees, even when the answer isn’t what you hoped to hear. He believes the best real estate decisions are not always about what happens today, they are about positioning you for where you want to be years from now.

Outside of real estate, Paul works with Educational Performance Tours, helping music and performing arts educators create meaningful travel experiences for their students across the United States. He and his wife, GK, have been married since 2002 and enjoy cooking, golf, fly fishing, fitness, travel, and spending time with family. Our son, Paxton, is a college student chasing his dreams. We are blessed.
