Jeremy is our team’s most careful thinker, and his methodical and detail-oriented approach is a balance within a team of fast decision makers. As an extension of his calculated way of thinking, Jeremy received both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Finance from ASU.

While Jeremy began his career in the investment world, 2007 marked his transition into real estate with a focus on developing and restructuring residential communities and commercial properties. With over one billion dollars worth of real estate transactions under his belt, Jeremy is an exceptionally knowledgeable advocate for our clients. He is also a great ally for people who are seeking investment properties or who plan to remodel their home after purchase, as he flips several properties a year and has an uncanny ability to see value where others may not.

Jeremy, Adrianne, and their three children (Braylen, Winston, and Georgia) live in the Arcadia area and believe there is no better place to raise their family.

Brad also carries a true passion for everything he does and has had great success because of it. From touring across the country in a successful rock band to being a restaurant founder, owner, and operator, Brad brings an unparalleled level of energy and customer service to our clients. Brad has helped hundreds of families find their dream home and his charismatic personality makes him a client favorite at our yearly Gluch Group client parties.

In June of 2015, Brad married his beautiful wife Liz (who already shared the same last name as Brad, just spelled a little different!). They love new adventures, traveling, raising their two young children, and being active together.

Garett joined our team with a background in fundraising for elementary schools. He was the lead developer for a national company and designed leadership programs to encourage elementary students to live out their full potential- and to change the world! He brings this same passion for encouragement and care into real estate as one of the top agents in the state, having helped his clients buy and sell hundreds of homes.

Garett is an Arizona native born and raised and knows most every area of town well. He spent 5 years in Newport Beach, California chasing his dream of becoming a rock star before coming back home to his native home in Phoenix.

Garett and his wife, Tessa, live in the Phoenix area with their young daughter and not so young tortoise. Garett maintains his passion for playing and performing music and heads up music for various Young Life events.

She comes to us with an extensive real estate background of over 12 years working directly with banks on listing their internal foreclosed properties. Ashley also serves as John’s assistant (and right-hand woman!) where no task is too big or small for her to tackle!

She was born and raised in Medford, Oregon. She moved to San Diego, California when she was 13 where she met her now husband, Hubert, when she was just 15. They have been together longer than they haven’t been! She loves to hang out with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Bruno and Panda, working out, traveling and hanging out with friends!

Brennan was introduced to the world of real estate agency and the Gluch Group as one of our clients when he purchased his first house with the Gluch Group. That experience helped him to realize that his love of service matched up perfectly with being a realtor. Brennon strives to be authentic with every individual he encounters and has a knack for finding common ground with his clients.

Brennan and his wife Cassie enjoy visiting the beach when they are not at home in Phoenix finding a new trail to enjoy. Being active with their Golden Retriever "Moab" is what brings them the most joy.

As a former youth pastor with a background in teaching, Herman is passionate about helping people pursue their passions and goals within both life and real estate. Becoming a real estate agent after his career in ministry was a natural fit as it allows him to help his clients navigate the stressful home buying and selling process with ease. His deep concern for his clients well being combined with his analytical mind and sharp negotiation skills make him an excellent realtor with thrilled past clients.

Herman and his wife, Larissa, live in Central Phoenix with their three kids. Together, they hike, bike, and make as many new friends as they can. Five things he could talk about all day: The Suns, photography, raising kids, cooking, and power tools.

Yana started her real estate career when she herself was looking for a home for her family. Through her home buying experience, she became so fascinated with the real estate industry that she decided to get licensed shortly thereafter and never looked back.  

With ten years of experience in the Scottsdale and Phoenix real estate markets, Yana brings a wealth of knowledge to the Gluch Group team. She has not only helped clients buy and sell their homes but has also assisted other realtors in managing their transactions. Furthermore, she has unique expertise in helping veterans buy and sell their homes. The diversity of Yana’s experience enables her to effectively navigate and negotiate the home buying process for all types of clients to ensure their goals are met and exceeded every time.

In her spare time, Yana enjoys staying active with her two children. Her passions include yoga, pilates, and learning the art of Argentine tango.

Alex found his calling in real estate through his experience of buying his first home at just 22 years old. He and his wife, Jackie, were living in Austin, Texas, and had been saving every penny they had since they got married. For various reasons, Alex wasn’t able to fulfill his dream of becoming a real estate agent right away and instead worked in the sales industry. Little did he know that by working in sales he was setting himself up with a great foundation of skills for the real estate industry. After moving back to their hometown, Phoenix, Alex and Jackie were blessed with twin girls and then a boy. With their roots planted, Alex decided to finally fulfill his dream of becoming a realtor and joined the Gluch Group. Alex’s long journey to a career in real estate has made him all the more passionate about what he does. His desire to help others, combined with his exceptional negotiating, problem solving and account management skills, make him an excellent realtor to work with. Alex and his family currently live in North Phoenix. They enjoy spending their summers on the lake and their winters in Flagstaff on the mountain. Alex is also a die-hard soccer fan and player and is happiest while coaching his kids’ soccer teams.

After growing up in California, Patricia moved to Las Vegas where she lived for 25 years. During this time, she explored several careers and, eventually, her natural ability to build meaningful relationships and understand clients’ needs led her to her calling in real estate.

As a real estate agent in Las Vegas, Patricia helped many clients buy and sell their homes and investment properties during a period of incredible change and growth. Through providing high quality service that was second to none, her satisfied clients became her main resource for new business through referrals and recommendations. Patricia’s first priority as a realtor is to provide exceptional service and care to her clients. She takes great pride in her ability to make her clients happy and will go above and beyond to do that for each and every client she meets.

Sharlene was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines. In her free time, Sharlene enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach, freediving, reading books, and listening to podcasts. She is inspired daily by her husband and her family and is also a “fur-mom” to a very active pug named Loca.

Originally from the west coast of Canada, Tyler moved to the Caribbean after graduation to pursue a career with The Ritz-Carlton. Here he received a 5-star award of excellence for his outstanding level of service. During this time, Tyler met his wife, Meg. They soon had two daughters, Reese and Elle, and they also adopted an island rescue dog named Jimmy. He then went on to work for Troon Golf in the Cayman Islands, where he assisted in the club house transformation at Terravita. 

After nine years living in the Caribbean, Tyler and his wife began their plans of moving their family to Scottsdale, Arizona. While working for Troon Golf, Tyler simultaneously studied for and passed the state and national exams at the Arizona School of Real Estate. He and his family then moved to Scottsdale, where Tyler embarked on a new career journey in real estate.

As a realtor, Tyler strives to understand each of his client’s needs and goals so he can meet and exceed their expectations every time. His uncompromising level of training from luxury resort properties, combined with his passion for real estate, are key to his and his client's success in all aspects of real estate.

Tyler grew up as one of four boys and was a AAA hockey player in Canada. He has now become a Scottsdale local who loves to spend time golfing and hiking with his family.

Since a young age, Ethan knew that his calling was in real estate. He began his career in the real estate industry as soon as he graduated from high school and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience since then. Having grown up in a small town in South East Texas, an hour outside of Houston, Ethan is proud to bring his southern roots to the valley. Anyone who meets Ethan is quickly drawn to his charismatic personality and the way that he strives to build relationships. He prides himself on his ability to influence and guide others to success while at the same working hard to build his own. He will go to any length to help another figure out a way to solve a problem and is known for being incredibly committed to helping his clients find the perfect place to call home.

Deanna’s real estate career began in 2005 in Las Vegas, NV where she worked for a Real Estate Developer and helped launch a new high rise condominium project.  After she married her husband Ryan in 2008 she continued her career in San Diego, CA.

Family is extremely important to her so she was blessed to be able to take time off to raise her two sons, Jace and Camden. 

Deanna fell in love with Arizona during a trip to Scottsdale in 1994, she always dreamed of moving back to the desert and that dream finally came true. She loves showing property all over the Phoenix area and really enjoys helping her clients find just the right neighborhood to suit her clients needs.

Deanna is a natural when it comes to client relations. She’s positive, fun and passionate about what she does. She prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients. She possesses a strong emotional intelligence and can help clients remain calm in challenging situations. 

She loves home renovations, remodeling projects and decorating.  She’s very knowledgeable about natural health and her friends always go to her for advice. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her family, boating, cuddling with her Boston Terrier, Gracie. You can often find her at Orange Theory, Hot Yoga or reading books poolside with an ice tea or cold brew coffee.

Pinki Bhandari serves as an executive assistant to several members of our sales team. After completing her post-graduate work in History from Delhi University Pinki joined a large MultiNational Company MNC worked there for almost 10 years as a Data Analyst. Her work there gave her a passion for attention to detail and she loves ensuring that our sales team and clients have every t crossed and I dotted. Pinki works hard to keep our real estate agents organized and ensures that our clients receive lightning-fast responses to their inquiries.

Pinki is a traveler and likes adventure. In her spare time, she watches cartoon movies and listens to podcasts and music. Pinki is married to Nikhil who is also on our team and together they have developed some new hobbies including cooking and running. In 2019 they reached a huge milestone completing the Delhi half marathon and their dream is to participate in the New York Marathon. She has a very positive outlook towards life and believes that if you do good, good will come to you.

He worked in a call center (graveyard shift) and as a financial advisor to send himself and his siblings to college. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Accountancy and recently Juris Doctor. ⠀

Say hello to our amazing team-member: Vanessa Tariman. Vanessa is a true jack of all trades. There is no task, big or small that she will not tackle. Her drive and passion for what she does is humbling and appreciated every day.

Vanessa was born and raised in the southern part of the Philippines, Davao City. She graduated with a bachelor of accounting degree but had only experience working as an accountant for less than two years. In 2013, she decided to shift her career and workplace from an office-based accountant to being a home-based general administrative virtual assistant for a US-based property management company. For the past seven years, Vanessa enjoyed working remotely and gained so much knowledge about U.S. real estate transactions.

Vanessa spends most of her weekends baking with her two kids, JV and Jana, and biking with her husband, Edgar. They also love to travel as a family exploring white sand beaches that are just a 30-minute drive from their place.

We are so excited to introduce you to another important member of our team: Shiva Garg. What we love about Shiva is his willingness to adapt. He has a "can-do" attitude that stops at nothing to adapt to new roles, find solutions, and learn/discover what is needed to help move our team forward. A little more about Shiva: Born in Uttar Pradesh (India's biggest state), he moved to New Delhi (Capital) in 2007. He has a degree in Bachelor of Arts that he used in the finance industry and as a Quality Control analyst for Uber. He loves traveling, photography, listening to music, cooking (occasionally), watching Friends, & cartoon films Madagascar, Kung fu Panda, Despicable Me, The LOTR Trilogy, The Hobbit's Trilogy. He lives with Mom, Brother, Sister-in-law, and niece.

Meet Edelyn, a hard working team member who truly cares about others. Edelyn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2018 at the Cebu Institute of Technology University while simultaneously working as a Quality Assurance Analyst for one of Australia's largest telecommunication companies. Since then, she has been working in the contact center industry for the last 12 years. Her success in this industry is driven by her strong motivation to help others. To her, the most rewarding part of the job is when customers tell her that she has made their lives easier. Edelyn loves to be around others, being able to connect with them and hearing their stories of purpose and passion.

Edelyn is the third of seven siblings. She lives with her parents and hopes to be able to take care of them for a long time. She has four Shih Tzu Poodles, named Akiko, Akira, Pepe, and Pipo, as well as a Labrador named Paquito. Whenever she is asked about how many kids she has, she proudly replies that she has five furry, four-legged children.

After becoming a mother at the young age of 19, Jenerose began her career as a customer service representative for a BPO company servicing multinational clients from the financial industry. Her determination, hard work, and strong work ethic were quickly recognized by her manager, and she was soon promoted to a team lead role. Jenerose used her diverse skills to take on several management roles within the company, which included developing a strategy for increasing productivity and morale, as well as identifying and mitigating financial and security issues. After ten years of employment, she received a Circle of Excellence Award and was appointed as a site administrator where she was responsible for seven clients and 3,000 employees.

During this time, Jenerose made multiple attempts to buy a property in the city for herself and her daughter. She eventually decided to purchase a property in the countryside so that she could live a more tranquil life away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Her house hunting experiences taught her a great deal about the real estate industry. Now that she’s 32 years old and owns a property that she is slowly renovating, she is now working on securing finances for her 13-year-old daughter’s future. Throughout her career, her daughter has been, and continues to be, her strongest ally and source of motivation.
